How does Brillday work?

Brillday is a platform for direct booking of wedding suppliers.

What is Brillday's fees for couples?

The Brillday doesn't charge any fees while booking.

What is Brillday's fee for supplier?

The membership in the listing of Brillday is fee-free. The Brillday platform for suppliers is based on the principle “Pay as you go” and a mutually beneficial Referral program. You do not need to pay any fees until you get a booking. Each Supplier as well as Brillday has the right to be a referral (Referral Supplier) and recommend or promote services of others Suppliers getting referral fees. The referral fee is 10% of all booked amount.

I need to cancel booking

If you need to cancel a booking, you must notify the Brillday team immediately. If you do not show up to an event without notifying the client your profile may be terminated immediately. You must refund all paid founds in full to client during 7 days period.

My client has cancelled!

If a client cancels a booking, it is up to you as to whether you wish to refund any previous payments you got from the client. This will depend on what you set in your own Terms and Conditions. You must refund the funds in full to client during 7 days period.

What does my team mean, and why create it?

Any Suppliers could create their own team of recommended suppliers. Add to your personal team including suppliers you used to work with, no matter where you're currently based. All the vendors on Brillday support each other, recommend trusted suppliers to clients.

How to promote yourself and your team?

Share your personal link with your clients in any way: send in a personal message to clients, post it on the website or on your social media. The support of colleagues in my team is the real mutual support of members of the community of wedding suppliers.

How can I join to other teams?

Every time you add a supplier to your team, this supplier can add you to his/her team back. Add to your team suppliers you used to work with.

What I will get if a client book my team supplier?

Great! You've supported your colleague in your team. This is one of the main ideas of the community - mutual support and getting bookings without paying for advertising and membership in any catalogs. You receive the reward - 10% of the total booked amount from a supplier who has been booked via your link 180 days after the first client's visit of Brillday.
